What can RTAs help me with?
Well, let's see:

  • Internet Connection
    Internet not working? - CALL US!
  • Telephone Line
    Telephone not working? - EMAIL US!
  • Cable TV
    TV not working? - CONTACT US!
  • Computer Problems
    Computer running slow? Errors? Crashes? - COME VISIT US!



What can RTA's NOT help me with?
There's some things that we just can't do:

  • Hardware Issues
    Sorry, we can't help you replace components, install RAM, etc.
  • Copyright Infringement
    We can direct you to who you need to talk to, but we can't resolve your account ourselves.
  • "No Residency Info" errors
    Again, we can direct you to who you need to talk to, but we can't resolve your account ourselves.

How to become an RTA

Currently, we are not hiring. Typically, we hire temps before the beginning of the semester move-in period.
